What is Cardfornia
Cardfornia is a corporate card platform for businesses that operate across borders and on-chain. We help teams turn stablecoin and fiat balances into Visa and Mastercard cards they can issue, control and reconcile from one dashboard — for team spending, vendor payments, and payments made by software and AI agents.
Why Cardfornia
Businesses that hold funds in stablecoins, or that pay global vendors from many small teams, often end up with the same problems: slow and manual conversion to fiat, shared cards passed around between employees, and no clean way to see who spent what. Autonomous software makes this harder still — an AI agent that needs to pay for an API call or a cloud service cannot sensibly be given a card with an open-ended limit.
Cardfornia is built around a simple model: fund once, issue many, control each. You top up your company account in USDT or Fiat, then issue as many cards as you need, each with its own limits, permitted merchants and lifetime. Cards are issued through licensed partner institutions and accepted wherever Visa or Mastercard is accepted online.
What you can do with Cardfornia
1. Issue cards on demand. Create virtual cards individually or in batches. Issue a card for a single vendor, a single project, a single employee, or a single task — and close it when the job is done.
2. Control every card. Set per-transaction, daily and monthly limits; restrict cards to specific merchants or merchant categories; apply geographic restrictions; freeze or cancel a card instantly. Controls apply at the moment of authorisation, not after the fact.
3. Pay with AI agents safely. Give an agent a card scoped to exactly what it is allowed to buy — a whitelist of merchants, a hard spending cap, and a short validity window. If the agent tries to spend outside those bounds, the transaction is declined.
4. Fund in stablecoins or Fiat. Top up your account in USDT or by bank transfer. Balances are shared across your cards or allocated per card, as you prefer.
5. Manage your team. Assign administrators, nominate cardholders, and see every transaction in real time, by card, by cardholder or by merchant, with exports for reconciliation.
Who uses Cardfornia: cross-border e-commerce operators, distributed and remote-first companies, and developers building agentic applications.
Compliance and security
Every business on Cardfornia completes KYC verification before issuing cards, and every cardholder completes identity verification. Stablecoin funding is screened with blockchain analytics before it is credited, and card activity is monitored for fraud and financial crime on an ongoing basis. We apply anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and sanctions screening procedures, alongside the compliance requirements of our partner institutions.
Card data is handled within our partners' PCI-compliant infrastructure; Cardfornia does not store full card numbers on its own systems.
Cardfornia is a financial technology company, not a bank or licensed financial institution. Card issuance and the holding of funds are provided by licensed partner institutions. See our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
